1. Use of the Platform

You must:

• Create accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login
• Use the site only for personal training purposes

Account sharing is not permitted.

2. Membership & Billing

• Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled.
• Users may cancel anytime through their account settings.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

3. Content License

Members receive a limited, non-transferable license to view training videos and community content. Users may not:

• Download or redistribute videos
• Copy training programs
• Upload copyrighted material without permission

4. Community Participation

All users must follow the Community Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in warnings, content removal, or account suspension.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Interfere with platform functionality
• Attempt to access restricted systems
• Use bots or scripts to scrape content
• Harass or threaten other users

6. Termination

Hoops Vibe Academy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Training activities carry inherent physical risks. Users agree to participate responsibly and acknowledge that Hoops Vibe Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from improper training or misuse of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state/country in which Hoops Vibe Academy operates.
